Jen Tipton has lived and worked in the Victor-Farmington community for over 20 years. She served 4 years on the Urban Renewal Agency for the Village of Victor and is currently on the Village Planning Board. Additionally, she is the vice chair of the Victor Democratic Committee and a member of the Ontario County Democratic Committee.
Having a career in the food service industry is seen as an advantage by Jen, “I feel that the simplified definition of my job is to listen to people’s needs and do my very best to provide for them. Public service is not, or should not be, much different. I’d like to lead with empathy not apathy.” Jen will focus on are finding a balance between community and development, stronger public engagement, affordable housing and environmental sustainability for our future.
